1. From the Start Button select Programs, Accessories, Dial-Up Networking. You will see a screen similar to the one below.
2. Click on More, then select Edit entry and modem properties.
3. Click on the Server Tab.
Make sure that Enable PPP LCP extensions is NOT
selected.
Click the TCP/IP Settings button.
4. Make your settings match those above, then click OK.
Click the Security tab.
5. Make sure that Accept any authentication including clear text is selected.
6. Click OK.
7. Change the username field to read username@bicnet.net.
8. Connect to the Internet and have fun :)
